Do I need to book in advance?
Absolutely! Sites can fill up fast – especially on weekends, long weekends, or when everyone collectively decides it’s “finally camping weather.” Booking ahead saves you from the heartbreak of turning around at the gate.
Are campfires allowed?
Yes – as long as there are no local fire bans in effect. Keep fires in the designated ring, burn responsibly, and resist the urge to build a bonfire worthy of a Viking send-off.
Is there Wi-Fi at the campground?
We offer high speed Wi-Fi to all guests and also boast great 5G coverage at most sites. You will be provided login details when you arrive.
Can I bring my dog?
Definitely! Friendly, well-behaved dogs are welcome. Just keep them leashed, pick up after them, and remind them not to chase squirrels… the squirrels have unionized.
What amenities are available?
We’ve got the essentials: washrooms, showers, picnic tables, fire pits, and often a small camp store. Basically everything you need, minus someone to make your morning coffee. (You’re on your own for that one.)
What time is check-in and check-out?
Check-in usually starts in the afternoon, and check-out is in the morning. We keep it simple. If you need a late check-out, just ask and we’ll do our best, unless the next camper is already circling like a polite Canadian shark.
Do you sell firewood?
Yes we do. Dry, ready-to-burn, and conveniently located so you don’t have to smuggle driftwood or practice your “foraging era.” Local rules often require purchased wood to prevent pests, so this one’s a win-win.
